Our research phase focused on one question: what actually helps a manager step back without losing the thread? We spoke with owners, middle managers and team members in small and medium-sized companies in every partner country.
Three challenges came up again and again: thinking that stays stuck on problems, a real fear of losing control when handing work over, and the everyday complexity of coordinating people who are already stretched.
The good news is that the enablers are just as consistent. Trust and psychological safety, a few concrete tools for delegation and coordination, and protected time for structured reflection make the difference between good intentions and changed habits.
These findings now drive the curriculum: every unit answers a challenge we heard in the field.
